I'm excited I got 2 (TWO) new zucchini coming up. I sure hope they come to term. This poor plant produces zucchini and then they have been rotting b4 coming to term. However, the ones that rotten were laying right on the ground. Maybe that has something to do with it. These 2 aren't laying on the ground. I hope I get to eat them. I might make Zucchini bread out of one at least. In our newspaper food section, I saw a recipe for parnips bread. My DH said it most likely is like zucchini bread. We love parnips. I ususally fried them in a tad of oil. Has anyone ever made parnip bread???? Or even though about parnip bread. I never b4 reading this article in newspaper.

My zucchini and squash did really good last year in Indiana. We let some of them grow to about three feet in length. They probably weighed about 4 pounds or so. They were a little tough because they were so good but I cut them into thick slices and grilled them up. Good stuff.

Need printable coupons for food and spices I can't grow.
