Summer is here and it's a great time to make cucumber salads! Here is a great recipe that will help to keep you cool and refreshed during the hot days. This would go great with your grilled meats. Yum!

Creamy Cucumber Salad

Image

Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
2 plum tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup thin sweet onion slices
1/2 cup KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing
2 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted

Instructions:

TOSS cucumbers, tomatoes and onion with dressing.
SPRINKLE with pecans just before serving.

Yes, I'll have to try the nuts too, I love cucumber, tomatoes with ranch dressing

Did you try the salad?
Candied Pecans would also go great with this salad.

That sounds like a good recipe. Another good one is to add some chopped up onions to the cucumbers and tomatoes and mix in a Italian dressing or vinegarette. It's really good on a hot evening out on the porch.
