I've been having a lot of cucumbers. I made cucumber salad, cucumber soup, cucumber and tomaotes salad and pickles.

I'm making kosher dill pickles this time. I picked cucumber last week from harvest. I made bread and butters. And I picked more. So 2day I'm making kosher dills. It is fun pickling, I think.

You've been busy! I never got a cuke planted this year. 1/2 my family doesn't like them in any form, so I usually plant one lemon cuke to go with the tomatoes. The only time I can use pickles where everyone will eat them is when I make potato salad.
