I made gazpacho

I can't tell you the measurements for this recipe.

I cut up tomatoes in half or even smaller if so desired
cut up cucumber (No peeling either)
green peppers and or hot pepper (all depends on how hot you like it) even put the seeds if so desired
garlic clove (s) (again depending on the heat) so you have to taste it.
french bread or other types similar to that (broken up)
herbs such as basil
thyme
cilantro
or other herbs to your taste.
small amount of olive oil
small amount of vineagar

Put all in blender and puree.

let it chill in fridge

some people put salsa in it also

It has a lot of variables to it.

for garnish

dice tomatoes up
dice green peppers
dice bread
cilantro

serve chilled with garnish.
