They're made for that kind of weather. Ours is too. Cute shots and great looking dogs. They must get spoiled well. :D

Thanks! These are actually American Eskies. The smaller female is from Minnesota and really does enjoy the snow. The male, who was born here in Oklahoma, is the first to want to head back to the house. The female is the one that heads to the house first in the heat of summer.

They do enjoy extended walks in this type of weather. Snow is rare in this part of the country though.

Got a kick out of this pic. Some roving vagabond must have marked Little Boys tree.

No biggie, just a FYI. If I remember right the Samoyed is much bigger. Our largest Eskie weighs around 25 lbs.

That's funny that your dogs have weather preferences. Our first 2 keeshonden were from Florida, but they both loved the snow.

We don't get a lot of snow here in the valley, but our dog sure enjoys it when we do have it.

Samoyeds are bigger. Yours are more manageable hair wise. :)

Ours are more energetic during winter. During the dog days of summer I take them out each morning a few hours before sunrise so they can get some exercise. By midday and temps over 100, they prefer the air conditioning. Me too. I don't handle the heat as well as I did when younger.

Took this yesterday. Almost a perfect pic to me. The ice blocking his nose ruined it as something worth framing. I love how his coat is fluffed out for the cold.
