I plan to start some seeds soon. I would like to use some of my VC with my soilless starter medium. How do you weigh in- mix the VC with the medium, use leachate, or a non aerated tea? Perhaps soak the seeds in some tea or leachate?
Thanks, smdmt

Take a look at the link I posted about the "Value of Worm Castings and Tea", and scroll down to "Tea or Leachate".
I do not think it is worth the possible pathogen contamination to use that leachate on my vegetable plants
I use about 1/3 castings to my soilless mix and if I were to use tea, (and I do), it would be only an aerobically made solution, that is used within about 8 hours from the time when aeration was shut down.
