My dd bought this for me, but it's mislabeled. Multi Blue is all I can come up with. It's a deeper color than the photos show. The first picture is an older flower, minus a petal,showing how the center develops as it ages. Thanks!

multiblue verified. looks like a late bloom on new wood from this year.
unpruned vines will produce even fuller, fully double blooms with the big "boss" or center as you see here next year. If vines are damaged over the winter, and must be pruned off in spring, the clematis can still be floriferous with blooms similar to these. this is a great performing clem for most folks and does best in climates with a dormant, hard winter!
