This is the only one I've seen this year so far. He/she was sleeping on the chip pile when I first spotted him/her, but got up when I went back with my camera.

When we first moved here in the 80, we had deer but we don't have any deer around here anymore, as more people moved in less deer...

I missed this some how.

We usually have 2 to 5 that come around when the roses have put on new growth. They seem to have a system down. :)
