We have a row of 12 techny arborvitaes that are about 6 years old and about 10 feet tall.

We spilled some liquefied ice melt near one of them. You can see the kill spot in the grass to the right and back of the center techny in pic 1.

In the pics you can see the center techny has a large area of browning and the one to the right and left have little bit. The browning appears to be on the outside or tips of the leaves, not from the inside out.

We are assuming this is due to the ice melt. Is there anything we can do to rectify the damage?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Denise
