My beloved 13-year-old Doberman had to be euthanized today, & I'd like to plant a Weeping Flowering Peach over her grave. "Pink Cascade" maybe?

I've done some research & already know that they tend to be relatively short-lived 12'-15' trees that do need some pruning to maintain annual blossom production. Other than that, since I've never grown one before, was wondering if anyone here has had any experience with them &/or suggestions?

I have no knowledge about the tree, but I'm sorry for your loss. Your plan sounds like a nice memorial for her.

Thanks - I'd like an ornamental peach for her because she LOVED to collect - like a hamster - the small hard green immature peaches that fell from our regular fruiting trees.
