Not all of these are "native" plants but all grow fine in Tucson. This is a list of what is blooming at Tohono Chul Park , a self supporting non profit private park, see:
http://www.tohonochulpark.org/wordpress/index.php
down the road from our place. We make frequent visits and are members there. It has been voted one of the best botanical gardens in the world by Conte Naste!!!
